Аннотация. В статье представлена
формально-учрежденческая и ценностно-содержательная структуры правозащитного
института, являющегося наряду с институтами здравоохранения, образования и
социальной поддержки частью системы социальной защиты детства. Ювенальная
юстиция представлена как структурный компонент правозащитного института, в
который также включены органы опеки и попечительства, уполномоченные по правам
ребенка, комиссии по делам несовершеннолетних и др. Риски правозащитного
института условно разделены на три группы - организационные, профессиональные
и социально-психологические.
Summary. In
the article it is presented formal-office and
value-substantial structures of the rights protection’s institute which is a
part of the childhood social protection system as well as the institutes of
public health services, education and social support. The juvenile justice is presented as a structural component of rights
protection’s institute, there the guardianship bodies are also included,
children’s ombudsmen, the commissions of minors’ actions, etc. Risks of rights
protection’s institute are conditionally divided into three groups -
organizational, professional and socially-psychological.
