Аннотация. Аннотация. Российский Дальний Восток – стратегически важный регион в силу выгодного географи-ческого положения и богатства природных ресурсов. При этом целый ряд факторов обуславливает его уязвимость. В их числе миграционные процессы, оказывающие серьёзное влияние на социально-политическую обстановку. Конец 2000-х – начало 2010-х гг. на Дальнем Востоке отмечены значи-тельным увеличением количества приезжих из Центральной Азии и Закавказья, этнокультурные и конфессиональные традиции которых диссонируют со сложившимся в регионе образом жизни. Ислам на конфессиональной карте Дальнего Востока России является по сравнению с другими традицион-ными конфессиями России не только молодой, но в настоящее время ещё немногочисленной и слабо организованной конфессией. Но вместе с тем мусульмане на территории Дальнего Востока есть, и это необходимо учитывать как руководству России, так и властям регионов Дальневосточного феде-рального округа (ДФО) при учёте «исламского фактора» в строительстве политики «толерантности, терпимости и недопущения проявлений экстремизма». В настоящее время на территории Дальневосточного региона России нет фактов резкого увеличения количества лиц – приверженцев религии Мухаммеда – и по естественным причинам в ближайшее время не предвидится. На территории Дальнего Востока России в настоящее время также нет явных социально-общественных и правовых проблем, связанных с деятельностью религиозных мусульманских объединений (не гово-ря о каких-либо радикально-экстремистских проявлениях в этих организациях). Но при этом есть про-блемы, связанные с деятельностью новых религиозных течений и верований, которые пришли в дан-ный регион как с Запада, так и от соседей с Востока (США, Южная Корея и Япония).
Summary. Summary. The Russian Far East is a strategically important region due to its favorable geographical location and rich natural resources. However, a number of factors contribute to its vulnerability. Among them are migration processes that have a serious impact on the socio-political situation. In the late 2000s-early 2010s, there was a significant increase in the number of visitors from Central Asia and Transcaucasia, whose ethno-cultural and confessional traditions are discordant with the established way of life in the region. On the con-fessional map of the Far East of Russia Islam is not only young, but still a small and poorly organized confession in comparison with oth-er traditional confessions of Russia. However, Muslims in the Far East are present, and it is necessary to consider both the Russian leadership and authorities of the regions of Far East in the account of the «Islamic factor» in the construction of policy «of tolerance and preventing extremism». Currently, there is no evi-dence of a sharp increase in the number of adherents of the religion of Muhammad in the Russian Far East, and it is not expected in the near future. On the territory of the Far East of Russia, there are also no obvious social and legal problems associated with the activities of religious Muslim associations (not to mention any radical extremist manifestations in these organizations). But at the same time there are problems associated with the activities of new religious movements and beliefs that came to the region both from the West and from neighbors from the East (USA, South Korea and Japan).
