Аннотация: The article examines the issue of the
reproduction of human capital. Given the adverse ecological setting, a decline
in the leisure industry leads to deterioration of demographics and degradation
of labor resources. One of the concerns of governmental socio-economic policy
is ensuring appropriate conditions for physical and emotional recovery of
workers. The lack of active employable population is a sad perspective for today’s
Russia. The author suggests ways to develop the recreation sector.
Summary: The
article is devoted to the problem of supporting reproduction of human capital.
In the adverse ecological situation a decline in the recreational field leads
to deterioration of demographic setting and degradation of labor resources. One
of the state socio-economic policy concerns is providing conditions for
physical and phsycoemotional recovery of workers.
Deficiency of active employable population is a sad perspective in today’s
Russia. The author suggests ways to develop recreational sphere.
